Everyone loves homemade food. Sometimes it's difficult to decide what to cook and where to get the recipe for it. Our goal is to help you by presenting few recipes which are really tasty and easy to make. We hope to inspire you to try something new at home and share with falmily and friends. First, get a meduim size pot and fill with water and put to boil. Once the water starts to boil, add 1tbsp
salt, 2tbsp Olive Oil and then add the pasta. Leave to boil for 9 min and stir every 3 min.
Once that's boiling, start washing your salad. Then get a big bowl and start breaking into pieces the Oak Leaf
and Radicchio. Add the rocket. Slice the tomatoes in half and add them as well.
Once pasta is ready cool down under cold water and add to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add
the olive oil and the juice from half lemon. Mix gently and then add the salmon. Mix agian gently.

First, mix the yeast with 500ml lukewarm water and leave for 10 min. Then add the flour to large mixing bowl,
mix in the salt and add the yeast and water mix. Gently mix the ingredients until everything is combined.
Then start kneeding the dough until it's soft and not sticky anymore (aprox 10 min). Once your dough is ready,
divide it into 220g balls, cover with damp cloth and leave for 2 hours.
Then prepare your tomato sauce by adding the Chopped tomatoes, 1tbsp Olive oil and oregano in a blender, and
season to taste.
After 2 hours start stretching the dough, add 2-3tbsp tomato sauce and spread.Then add the Mozzarella by
breaking it and spread all over. Once that's done, add the Pepperoni, drizzle with a bit of Olive oil and bake
for 10-12 min on 200 degrees C. Last, add few basil leaves.

First, preheat the oven to 150 degrees C. Using a food processor, crush the biscuits. Then add the butter and
run the processor again.
Transfer the crushed biscuits into a cheese cake form. Spred evenly and press down to the bottom of the form.
Leave in fridge for 10 min.
Then add Philadelphia cheese, icing sugar and Mascarpone to the processor. Run it again until everything is
mxied.
Then start to add the eggs slowly, one at a time, while the preocessor is runnig. Add the vanilla. Make sure
everything is mixed and transfer into the form.
Spread evenly and put into oven to bake for 30-40 min. When ready, cool down and slice. Decorate with fresh
fruits.
